Urban Serenity Esthetics Spa Policies

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less notice, 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged, while clients who fail to show up will be billed for the entire service. Please note that this policy is non-negotiable. However, in exceptional cases, such as unforeseeable circumstances or emergencies, we may consider waiving the fee at the discretion of the spa technician. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Late Arrival Policy

Please be advised that all appointments at Urban Serenity Esthetics will end at their scheduled time to ensure the spa technician can maintain their schedule. Clients arriving late to their scheduled appointments will be charged for the entire session, and no time extension will be given. For your initial appointment, kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to conclude the Client Intake Form. For all other appointments, we request that you arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand to allow ample time to prepare for your service and enjoy a relaxing and unhurried experience.

Massage and Other Services Termination

At Urban Serenity Esthetics, we prioritize the comfort and safety of all our clients. To maintain a respectful environment, we strictly prohibit any form of harassment, threats, sexual advances, or disrespectful behavior. Additionally, any client who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol will have their service terminated immediately. If any of these behaviors occur, full payment will still be required.  Relaxation Body Massages Draping Policy

During therapeutic relaxation massages, our main priority is to ensure that our clients feel completely at ease while receiving this luxurious service. To respect their privacy, we always cover clients with a sheet or towel in a way that only exposes the areas of the body being treated. We have a strict policy that reinforces this practice. Our ultimate goal is to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where clients can relax and fully enjoy their relaxation massage.
